Two food retail leases in Malden have been renewed by Combined Properties, Inc.

These leases cover a total of 2,716 square feet in the Central Business District of Malden and will extend the company’s relationship with Saigon Noodle Restaurant and Subway, the two tenants in the space.

Subway is on Centre Street while Saigon Noodle is on Main Street. Both sites are highly visible in the downtown area of Malden. They are also close to Orange Line of the MBTA and to major vehicular routes such as Routes 16 and 38 and Interstates 83 and 95, which makes these locations convenient for employees, customers, and the tenants.

Such establishments often benefit from brochure printing to provide more details about their offerings, special features, and hours of operation.

Senior Vice President and Director of Leasing at Combined Properties, Greg Regazzini, said that long-lasting and storing relationships with tenants are most important to his company. He expressed his pleasure that their retail spaces can accommodate the needs of their clients and contribute to their success in the successful Central Business District of Malden.
