PLAYHard Fit Lab is a wellness and fitness business that offers small-group coaching and fitness classes, wellness services, and one-on-one personal training. Offerings will be expanded to focus on youth wellness, healthy aging, and wider community health-related initiatives.
Corporate wellness programs have been developed by PLAYHard for businesses in and around Greater Boston. Among such services are health education programming, wellness challenges, workplace fitness, as well as other employee initiatives.
Kahlea Brown founded the business in 2017 and previously offered residential fitness services, corporate wellness initiatives, virtual programs, outdoor classes, and in-home training in the region. His team of instructors and trainers specialize in overall wellness, strength training and conditioning mobility. The facility will enable it to create a space for members of the community to work towards their health goals while also allowing it to expand its programming and offerings.
