Learning center open house to be held in Fall River

A sensory-friendly open house of its new learning center in Fall River will be held by Behavioral Concepts next month.

The Fall River Learning Center provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children with down syndrome and autism, as well as fun for the entire family. At the upcoming open house there will be an opportunity for children to participate in sensory-friendly activities with a carnival theme, featuring balloon twisting with Kids Party Productions, and much more.

The Fall River Learning Center provides early intervention, in home, and center-based diagnostic services, ABA therapy, and parent education to children with autism between the ages of two and six. It also offers in-home and center-based ABA services for those with Down syndrome up to the age of 21.

The key features of the Fall River Learning Center include access to a public playground nearby; a large facility that has an indoor gross motor space for social and physical development; a dedicated treatment guidance and family meeting room for participation of parents; in-home weekend and afternoon services to accommodate busy family schedules; and convenient access to Route 24 and Interstate 195.

Brochure printing can be used to provide more details about such centers, their services, and special events.

The open house will take place from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm on Friday, September 11.
