Unique tribute act hits local stage

A performance honoring several acts of legendary status is taking over a stage at a nearby venue in late June. Orland Park music lovers are sure to enjoy the event.

Radio Gaga is a tribute show often called “the concert that never was.” It combines a flashy and colorful wardrobe with choreography and a big, theatrical production. The hit tunes of both Lady Gaga and Queen will be sung by a talented group of performers, bringing a multi-generational night of music to the audience. The elaborate show has a running time of three hours, providing an evening of nostalgia and dancing.

General admission tickets are $15 each, which gets the buyer access to the venue’s lawn space. For $250, attendees can get a reservation for one of the tables, which has seating for up to six people, as well as waitstaff to order drinks from. Children up to the age of two are granted free entry. Those with lawn spots should bring their own seating in the form of either blankets or chairs.

The show is taking place at The Forge: Lemont Quarries. The venue will be offering food in addition to the drinks, with food trucks being among the available options. At many music-related events, merchandise with a themed graphic design tying back to the acts on stage is sold.

Doors for the concert open at 7:00 pm on Friday, June 28.
