Orland Park enjoys three summer concerts

Orland Park locals may enjoy three outdoor evening free concerts at Centennial Park West, scheduled for June.

The concerts will include live bands, and children's' activities, and food and beverages will be available for purchase.

The first June concert will be on the 11th and will feature Burning Red playing Taylor Swift hits beginning at 5:30 pm.

From 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm, A Young Entrepreneur Fair will have young entrepreneurs from the ages of 7 to 14 displaying and selling their ideas. Participants will be selling their items and interacting with the crowd. Booth spaces will cost $20 and will include a 10'x10' pup up tent, one six-to-eight-foot table and two chairs. At around 7:30 pm an awards ceremony will announce winners in the 7-10 and the 11-14 age categories.

On June 20th, the Centennial Park West Concert Series will feature a Foreigner tribute band Double Vision from 5:15 pm to 6:15 pm, StevieMac, a Stevie Nicks and Fleetwood Mac tribute from 6:45 pm to 8:00 pm and Dog N Butterfly playing music from Heart from 8:30 pm to 10:00 pm.

The Ron Burgundys will entertain the audience with soft rock on Thursday June 25th from 5:30 pm to 8:00 pm.

Venues that offer free concerts like this often have local Print shops do a little poster printing and Posters listing the preforming groups and dates then go up around town.
