Orland Park to host golf tournament to support veterans

Orland Park golfers will want to make a visit to the driving range to prepare for a fundraising golf tournament that will benefit local veterans' groups.

The Mayor Dodge’s Veterans Golf Tournament has an official date on the Orland Park events calendar for September, with online registration for players and sponsors allowing interested individuals and parties to secure their spots. The tournament, which is being presented by PGA Tour Superstore, will be open to 144 golfers, with the money raised on the links supporting the Orland Park Veterans Commission and other local veterans’ groups.

The tournament is open to spectators, with ticket packages that allow these attendees to stay and enjoy the event’s dinner following the 18 holes of golf. Golfers can opt for the Golf & Dinner Package, which provides 18 holes of golf, breakfast, lunch, beverages on the course, and a gift. Promotional Products are an excellent way for brands and sponsors to build goodwill with visitors and participants at events like this.

Golfers will also receive a Grand Prize raffle ticket for another chance to leave the tournament as a winner. Interested individuals and parties are encouraged to make early reservations.

The tournament will be held on Tuesday, September 22nd, with check-in starting at 8:30am. Silver Lake Country Club in Orland Park will host the competition. Registration costs $145 per person for golf, and $175 for dinner and golf online.
