The 23rd Taste of Orland Park will offer three days of free fun coming at the end of July.
Local restaurants will be selling food while sponsor and community booths will be passing out information about their goods and services, and a kids' zone will offer plenty of fun.
Friday's lineup on the Main Stage will begin with a Jimmy Buffet tribute band, Barometer Soup. They will be followed by CSHS Marching Eagles, Rok Brigade, the cover outfit Wedding Banned, and a drone show. A Battle of the Bands will be taking place on the Community Stage.
The Orland Park Prairie Dogs will begin the Saturday performances at 1:00 pm on the Main Stage. Other groups performing there will include the Red Roses, The Gingers, The Boy Band Night, and 7th Heaven, along with another drone show. The School of Rock will begin the Saturday lineup on the Community Stage followed by Orland Park's Got Talent and a variety of dance, music, and comedy performances.
The Main Stage on Sunday will have Classical Blast, The Millennials, and Frankie Valli and Beatles tribute bands. The Community Stage will display local acts with a kids’ talent showcase, cultural dance groups, local singer-songwriters, and an open mic finale.
New bands often go to Print shops and have them create a logo to be used on fan merchandise.
Taste of Orland Park will be from July 31 to August 2 at the Village Green, 14700 S. Ravinia Avenue.
