The holiday spirit is building momentum in Orland Park, and residents and visitors who want to enjoy a community event to celebrate its arrival should mark their Calendars.
The Christmas Parade, Tree Lighting & Festival, which is being organized by the Orland Park Recreation Department, will be held at the end of November of this year, injecting joy and friendship into the community to send 2026 out on a high note. The day will begin with the parade, which will be followed in close succession by the tree lighting and festival portions of the event.
Organizers will be setting up a light display on the town’s lawn, and the family-friendly environment will have plenty for parents and children to enjoy while making memories together, including holiday crafts, themed games, and live entertainment. Events like this are an ideal opportunity to use banner printing to reach passersby and to welcome visitors to the host site in a warm and memorable way.
The parade is expected to last between 45 and 60 minutes. The Community Tree Trim will also be held for the 12th year, allowing families and friends to adopt and decorate a tree in town.
The holiday event is scheduled for Saturday, November 28 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Attendees can meet at 14750 South Ravina Avenue in Orland Park. The festivities are free and open to guests of all ages.
