Popular event to bring in toy collectors
The 12th annual My Little Pony Fair and Convention is coming to Schaumburg this June for two days.
Being one of the top collector conventions in the country, this usually attracts thousands of visitors from all over the world.
The convention will consist of a number of presentations and art workshops. There will also be a costume parade, a pajama party, bingo, games, and a photo booth. Some of this year's special guests are Andrea Libman, Bonnie Zacherle, and Jenn Blake.
One special event taking place during the convention is the Dinner and Hall of Fame Ceremony. Two characters and two guests will be inducted into the Hall. Another event is ‘Talk, Share and Imagine’ with Susanne Riette-Keith, for which tickets are $25 each.
Vendors, who will no doubt come from all over the area including Arlington Heights, may decide to invest in banner printing services to get more attention.
Many of the tickets packages are already sold out, although a weekend package is still available for $40 for adults and $25 for seniors, while children aged 12 and under are admitted for free. Vendor booths are also available until June 1 for $60 each.
