Gainesville organizes annual health expo
The Gainesville Civic Center will soon be rolling out the welcome mat for an activity that will help locals live their best life.
The annual Health Smart Wellness Expo is right around the corner. Now in its 18th year, the event gets started early in the morning and welcomes all.
The activity will provide an opportunity to learn about local health resources, and there will be a number of free screenings available on site. At least 60 exhibitors are expected to be on hand for the day, which is anticipated to draw a large crowd.
To help make the function a success, the organizers are seeking both sponsors and exhibitors. Both Greater Hall Chamber of Commerce members and non-members are encouraged to participate, and the booth space bookings start at $350 each. Vendors will be able to distribute business cards and promotional products to anyone who asks for information. Sponsorships for the day start at the Bronze level and go up to the Platinum level.
