Gainesville is proud of its mobile eateries, and they will be the stars of the show with a schedule that runs throughout the spring and summer.
Food Truck Friday will get the fun rolling on selected dates, and the venue will offer sunset views. Each session will run for four hours, and admission to the venue is free and open to all.
The public will be invited to choose their favorite dishes or try something new from some of the mobile eateries parked on site, and they can take in some live music. Everyone can sit back, relax, and sip on a cold glass of wine or beer in the drinks tents.
Several retail vendors have already submitted their request to set up shop. The sessions will take place rain or shine, and a shuttle service will transport attendees from the parking area to the festive area. Spaces may also be available for boats at the venue’s docks.
To help make sure everyone enjoys the experience they are looking for, a Grandstand Table reservation system is in place. These include an assortment of perks not available to the general admission attendees. Event planners can order special Corporate Gifts to present to those who choose to purchase VIP passes for such an event.
Gainesville will celebrate the sweet sounds of summer with its Food Truck Fridays starting this Friday, April 17, and continuing until August 21. Lake Lanier Olympic Park will host the festivities.
