Tunnel to Towers Foundation holds annual golf fundraiser
The Michell Family is teaming up with Tunnel2 Towers to present Teeing Off for T2T, which coming to Norwalk next week.
Individual golfer tickets are $200 and include 18 holes of golf, T-shirts sporting the event’s graphic design, cart, and contests (Longest Drive, Putting, and Closest to the Pin), lunch, dinner, raffles, and an awards ceremony.
Check-in will begin at 11:00 am. Lunch will be served starting at 11:30 am and beverages will be available from a drink cart on the course. The event will use a scramble format with the shotgun start at 1:00 pm. After play, the local Blind Rhino will host the open bar and dinner reception at its Norwalk location.
Sponsorship opportunities are still available. Proceeds from the event will go to the Tunnel to Tower Charity – an organization created after 9/11 to help fallen first responder and Gold Star families by providing mortgage-free homes. It also builds smart homes for injured first responders and veterans, and is committed to eradicating homelessness for veterans.
