SweetMother will be presenting a 2025 Victorian High Tea Fundraiser that will be coming to Norwalk in early May.
Attendees will be treated to a variety of traditional teas, crumpets, sandwiches, and sweets in a venue offering a charming aura of yesteryear.
Other activities will include a Chinese auction with beautiful baskets, and a raffle.
The Chinese auction will display their items out for participants to see. Attendees can buy tickets and place as many of these tickets as they want into containers positioned in front of the object they hope to win. At the end of the auction, a raffle will decide the winners.
Proceeds from the event will go to Sierra Leone FAWE School's girls to raise funds for their education, as well as to pupils at New Haven's St. Maarten Academy. The funds will help these children continue their education past high school.
Tickets to this high tea fundraiser will be $70, and donations from those unable to attend will be welcome.
