The annual Chocolate Expo Southern CT and the 5th Annual Norwalk Film Festival will be taking place here in Norwalk in mid-January 2025.
More than 40 regional and local craft chocolatiers, bakeries, candy shops, specialty food producers, and wineries will be exhibiting their sweet specialties at this year's Chocolate Expo Southern CT. There will also be famous chocolate industry names presenting cooking and chocolate demonstrations and presentations.
Guests may taste and purchase gourmet chocolates, artisan foods, and drinks. Exhibitors that show at expos like this often bring Business Cards.
The Chocolate Expo Southern CT will take place Saturday, January 11 at the Maritime Aquarium at Norwalk, 10 N Water Street from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.
The 5th Annual Norwalk Film Festival will be right in the middle of its three-day festivities. Films have been grouped into narrative features and shorts, student films, and documentary features and shorts.
An opening night party will be on Friday, January 10 beginning at 6:00 pm. Films will begin screening Saturday, January 11 at 10:30 am at the District Music Hall, 71 Wall Street, with the evening feature film "Ratified" beginning at 7:00 pm. Sunday, January 12 screenings will begin at 2:15 pm. Panels, and a filmmaker Q&As will take place next door at Space67Studios.
Tickets will be $30 for the full event, $20 per day, $10 for the panels, and $17 for the Saturday night feature film.
