Norwalk gets moving
In a few days, Norwalk Now will be holding “Strong” – a daylong physical fitness and health event that will take place in many locations in town.
Health and wellness businesses around town will get the opportunity to showcase their venues, products, services and activities to Norwalk. It will also be a chance for Norwalk to try new things and participate in healthy activities.
Crunch Fitness Norwalk, 770 Connecticut Avenue will start their free 30-minute overdrive class at 1:00 am. From 1:00 to 2:00 pm Orange Theory, 205 Main Street, will hold a free 45-minute introductory workout. From 3:00 to 4:00 pm, Goldfish Swim School will have a family swim.
Free flu shots, group fitness classes, boot camp classes, and wellness smoothies will be found in Cranbury.
Sono will have discount on Hydrodermabrasion Treatments, introductory prices on fifteen-minute beauty and wellness sessions, discounts on anti-aging facials, electric biking experiences including lunch, free one-hour yoga classes, and complimentary functional strength workouts. This area will also feature free massages or cupping and soft tissue work, and 15-minute workouts in pole dancing, burlesque, belly dancing, and flexibility.
East Norwalk will have free martial arts classes, massages, XtremeBurnout, and Yoga.
