Music lovers attend special band crawl
Norwalk music lovers will be walking and biking from porch to porch to listen to 30 bands on 30 porches in the 4th annual Porch Jam.
Band times will be staggered so people can have time to get to each performance. General adult admission to all porches will be $45, while tickets for students from the ages of 12 to 22 will be $25, and tickets for children 11 years old and younger will be $10.
VIP tickets are $150 and include admission to the Jamazing Kickoff Party. The party will take place at one of the Rowayton waterfront homes overlooking the Long Island Sound. Residual Groove will provide a concert. Lite bites and custom Porchjam cocktails served in PorchJam Mason Jars that can go with the guests as they meander from porch to porch will be available. These guests will also receive thank-you swag. The VIP Kickoff party will run from 11:30 am to 1:00 pm.

Proceeds from this event will go to provide art and music experiences, scholarships, and instruction for youth in our community. Last year’s ticket sales helped to create therapeutic drum circles, a youth songwriting series, and scholarships to Factory Underground Tech.
PorchJam 2023 will be from 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm on Rowayton Avenue.
