Jason Dodge will become the branch manager of the Aurora office of ServiceMaster DSI.
Dodge’s primary responsibilities will be managing the daily operations of the office which serves Aurora, Denver, and neighboring communities. He will also be focused on re-engineering customer support and service to enhance customer satisfaction. A press release states that ServiceMaster DSI has always invested in resources and personnel to provide high-quality customer service among all its offices. Print shops are often hired for business card printing orders when people move into new positions.
President and CEO of ServiceMaster DSI, Jim Boccher, said that Dodge is dedicated to his work, has outstanding technical abilities, and is persistent in his efforts and will be ideal as the branch manager in Aurora. Boccher added that he is looking forward to the service improvements to be implemented by Dodge.
Dodge has been in the restoration industry for over 16 years, 11 of which have been with ServiceMaster. He began his career cleaning carpets as parts of the restoration process during which time he learned about the importance of customer service and how to ensure customers are completely satisfied.
The press release, published by AIthority.com, states that as he consistently puts clients before himself, dedicates himself to his job, and works hard, he was able to move up through the company from technician to supervisor and then project manager, before becoming operations manager.
