Vista Point at Southshore in Aurora, developed by Toll Brothers, now has six new large home sites in its community.
Toll Brothers Colorado Division President, Mark Bailey, said six one- and two-story homes have now been made available, all of which can be customized with many options from which to choose. Brochure printing is often used by such companies to provide more information about floor plans and options.
This resort-style community will have 109 single family homes when completed. The homes will be from just under 3,000 square feet in area to over 4,000 square feet. Among the amenities in the community will be a communal clubhouse that will feature a saltwater pool, a hot tub, cozy firepit, and state-of-the-art fitness center. The nearby Aurora Reservoir offers many recreational opportunities, including paddle boating, non-motorized boating, and fishing. There will also be scenic walking trials from the community to the lake.
Vista Point is in one of the top school districts in the state, the Cherry Creek School District, and is also only a five-minute drive to E-470, and a 30-minute drive to downtown Denver.
Toll Brothers is a national leader in the building of luxury homes and operates in 24 states across the country. It has been named twice as national Builder of the Year by Professional Builder magazine.
