Fresh food supplier to expand presence in Aurora

KeHE Distributors (KeHE) is planning to expand their distribution center in Aurora.

KeHE is a distributor of organic and natural specialty fresh products to e-commerce retailers, independent and chain grocery stores, natural food stores, and other retailers of specialty products throughout North America. The company now distributes to over 30,000 retail outlets in North America.

The expanded distribution center will add a total of 124,000 square feet across all temperature zones with 43 percent more capacity in dry space, 66 percent more capacity in cooler spaces, and 33 percent more freezer space. This additional space is designed to serve new independent customers.

This new space will also create new opportunities for employment in the areas of Aurora and Boulder and feature positions such as forklift operator and selector. Such new jobs will drive professional and economic growth in the community. Many such professional jobs typically require business card printing services.

Vice President of Sales at KeHE, Chris Graas, expressed his thrill in announcing this expansion as the goal of the company is to provide increased and exceptional service to the region.
