The West Sacramento area will be welcoming the New Year with an event that will offer them a jazz-themed experience.
This will be the very first year for the Sacramento Jazz Cooperative’s New Year’s gala, and it has been planned to offer an elegant experience. Pheasant Wood Catering will be providing food for the affair, and it will be served buffet style. As they mingle and eat, guests will be able to enjoy music supplied by Dave Bass Trio with Carolyne Swayze.
After the meal, the fun will continue throughout the night. Vivian Lee and the Cunha Big Band will keep the guests entertained, and they can choose to dance the night away, socialize with their friends, or simply sit back and enjoy the music and atmosphere of the occasion. At midnight, the crowd will be treated to a champagne toast to bid 2017 a fond farewell and give 2018 a hearty welcome.
The organizers of the night noted that parking is available, and the ticket prices for the entire affair start at $80 each or $150 per couple. VIP Invitations and other customized items for this type of event can be supplied by an area Stationery printing service.
This jazz-themed evening of elegance will be held on December 31 in the Masonic Temple Ballroom in Sacramento. The Sacramento Jazz Co-op’s website includes additional details about the occasion.
