This New Year’s Eve, the West Sacramento area will be ringing in 2018 with an evening of food, friends, and live jazz and big band music.
When guests arrive at the function, they will be treated to a buffet meal from Pheasant Wood Catering, which they can enjoy while they mingle with the other party goers. While they savor their food, they will be able to tap their toes or even choose to get up and take to the dance floor to the music of Carolyne Swayze with the Dave Bass Trio and the Ron Cunha Big Band. The attendees will be able to mingle with friends old and new, while they move to the music.
When the ball drops at midnight, there will be a champagne toast to welcome the New Year. As a this a formal style event, the suggested wear for the occasion is evening dress. The doors will be open at 6:30 pm, and the event will run until 1:00 am. The ticket price is $80.00 each or $150.00 for a couple. A banner printing company can be called upon to produce decorations for an event like this.
This elegant evening will take place in the Masonic Temple/Ballroom in Sacramento on December 31, and it has been organized by the Sacramento Jazz Co-op. More details can be found by contacting the group through its website.
