West Sacramento council to organize in-person celebration

The Greater Sacramento Economic Council will be holding an event in late April at Drake's: The Barn in West Sacramento.

Greater Sacramento's 6th Annual Celebration is an event that unites leaders from the public and private sectors to inspire collaboration and set the vision for the region's economic future. This year, the organization is returning to an in-person format to reunite influential members of the community and celebrate economic development wins. Those interested in networking with other professionals during the event can bring Business Cards to offer to attendees.

The Greater Sacramento Economic Council is a partnership that brings business and community leaders together to form an effective economic development strategy. The organization consists of more than 45 CEOs and has sites in Davis and Sacramento. Many events are held by the group, like the Digital Upskill Sacramento Webinar and Champions Program. The council also helps companies by offering services such as data collection, marketing, and site selection.

The celebration will be held on Thursday, April 28 from 5:30 pm to 9:00 pm. Standard tickets will cost $275. Members of the Greater Sacramento Economic Council's Board of Directors and the Competitiveness Council can buy a 10-person table at the event for $2,250. Standard tables will also be available for $2,500. No refunds are available for tickets or tables.
