West Sacramento bar to host 80s-themed concert

Drake’s: The Barn and The Bridge District will be co-organizing a concert in West Sacramento.

Fans of music made during the 1980s can attend a concert that features talented performers. The event is part of the Rhythm on the River concert series, which is comprised of four monthly performances that are themed after a different genre. The 1980s-themed show will include performances by Diva Rox, Heavy Petty, and Callery Pear. The event will also have a complimentary family-fun zone where children can enjoy free activities during the concert.

The Bridge District is an urban riverfront community that is home to companies like Drake’s: The Barn, Franquette, and the West Mill Pier. The district is also home to the Sutter Health Park baseball stadium. Many activities take place in the area, including trivia competitions, arts and crafts workshops, and yoga sessions. People can even watch free outdoor movies in the district and browse local produce vendors during recurring markets.

The concert will be held on August 31 from 5:30 pm to 9:00 pm. There is no cost to enjoy the show, and registration is also not needed. People are asked to bring folding chairs and blankets to the venue so they can enjoy the performance on the grass area. Bars that host concerts like this may use flyer printing to market their shows to more consumers.
