The community of West Sacramento can listen to Deepak Chopra give a speech this January at the Memorial Auditorium.
Chopra will be giving a presentation as part of the Sacramento Speakers Series, an event where people can listen to lectures from influential figures in a relaxed setting. He is board-certified in subjects such as endocrinology, internal medicine, and metabolism.
Founder of the Chopra Foundation, Dr. Chopra aims to advance the education and research of spiritual healing. He has written over 25 New York Times Bestsellers, with his works being translated in over 43 languages.
The Sacramento Speakers Series allows people to hear insights from multiple successful presenters. This year, the lineup will include notable individuals such as Paul Nicklen, Jon Meacham, and Jane Fonda. Each presentation has a section called Ask the Speaker, allowing audience members to interact with the presenter personally. People who host events such as this can use flyer printing to create distributable ads for the occasion.
The Sacramento Speakers Series will be featuring Deepak Chopra on Wednesday, January 8 from 8:00 pm to 9:30 pm. Tickets for the series start at $200 for bronze seating and $375 for platinum seating. The following presentation for the series will be held on Wednesday, February 19 at the same venue. Students from local high schools can attend the series for free.
