The Sactown Nachos Festival will be held later this August at the Ceasar Chavez Plaza near West Sacramento, California.
Families are invited to attend the Sactown Nachos Festival to taste food from different vendors while enjoying games and music performances. The festival has been held annually for three years now, with this year expected to bring in over 5,000 attendees. Each vendor at the event will have a $3 nachos special to allow guests to try multiple variations of nachos. There will also be semi-pro wrestlers attending the festival who will participate in live wrestling matches.
The Sactown Nachos Festival will donate a portion of the money earned to Project Optimism Inc. The organization was founded by Armoni Easley and Ishmael Pruitt, who wanted to develop programs that work towards meeting community needs. Funds raised for Project Optimism Inc. will go towards purchasing equipment, covering venue expenses, and scholarship funds. Organizers who want to promote charitable events can use printing services to make Flyers and Posters to place around the community.
Those interested in attending the Sactown Nachos Festival can buy their tickets at the event for $15 a person. VIP admission can be purchased for $40, which will include a t-shirt, two drink tickets, and access to an exclusive lounge. The Sactown Nachos Festival will be held on August 24th from 4:00 pm to 8:30 pm. Children aged 8 and under can enter the festival for free.
