Bicycle show to ride into West Sacramento

This March, the North American Handmade Bicycle Show (NAHBS) will be coming to the Sacramento Convention Center in California.

The NAHBS provides a venue for bike enthusiasts and art lovers to see an extensive collection of handmade bicycles. Since 2005, the NAHBS has allowed bicycle makers to present their finest works to be judged while having the opportunity to share their techniques and interact with fans of the craft. There will also be merchandise booths at the event for those who would like to show their support by purchasing branded gifts.

Volunteers are welcome to help out during the NAHBS. There are many positions that the show can use the assistance with, including operating the merchandise booths, handling ticket sales at the door, prepping bicycles for the awards ceremony, and even assisting the security staff by monitoring exits. All volunteers will be given a one-day pass to the event and a limited-edition t-shirt with custom graphic design.

The event will be held from March 15th to March 17th. The duration of the show and ticket prices vary depending on which day guests decide to attend. A pass for all three days will cost $62, and children ages 5 to 13 can enter the event for $10. Tickets that are purchased at the door to the NAHBS will cost more than passes bought online.
