San Bernardino welcomes Halloween market

The Inland Empire Live Market Halloween is returning to San Bernardino this October.

The free event, which is in its fifth year, is aimed at celebrating neighbors and bringing the community together. There will be family-friendly activities, local food options, games, community resources, and local vendors.

Free pumpkins, while supplies last, will be available at the market. In addition, there will be balloon games, face painting, a haunted house, a parade, raffles, free prizes, and more.

Over 2,500 people are expected to attend the market, which will host various food trucks, prepacked food sellers, beverage sellers, and merchandisers.

The Halloween event is organized by IE Live Market Night, which was founded by Dwaine Radden Sr. A marketing strategist, his goal was to bring the community together, connecting neighbors with local businesses after the pandemic. With a focus on economic stimulus, the San Bernardino-based pop-up events are designed to draw people from surrounding regions to help sustain the local marketplace.

IE Live also places an emphasis on shining the spotlight on local musicians, as there are opportunities for them to perform on stages during frequent pop-up events in the community. Markets like this may choose to use flyer printing for vendor menu signs, promotions, and festival street signs.

The IE Live Market Halloween is happening on October 18 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at 2450 Blake St. in San Bernardino.
