A local human resource organization will organize a convention at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel San Bernardino in October.
The Inland Empire Society for Human Resource Management (IE SHRM) will be holding its annual motivational conference for HR and business professionals. The event invites several speakers from the industry to present on topics that help attendees with their professional development needs. The convention will also have seminars offered by attorneys from Atkinson, Andelson, Loya, Ruud & Romo. People can take part in two concurrent tracks of sessions during the conference.
Companies can use the convention as a marketing opportunity by becoming one of the event’s sponsors. The first tier is the Bronze Sponsor level, which offers stores opportunities to distribute promotional items to guests and a spot on the conference’s PowerPoint. The most expensive sponsorship level is the Gold Sponsor for $2,000. Those who pay for the highest tier receive podium time and will have their Logo Design posted on the IE SHRM’s website for three months.
The Innovate & Motivate Conference will be on Thursday, October 20 from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm. Members of the IE SHRM may pay $150 to attend, while non-members must pay $250. Attendees can also donate to the SHRM foundation to fund scholarships for development grants. The non-profit organization also creates inspirational programming for aspiring HR leaders.
