San Bernardino will be hosting a rodeo in September to raise money for multiple charitable organizations.
The San Bernardino County Sheriff's Rodeo is a multi-day experience where people can see members of local law enforcement agencies participate in rodeo challenges. The event's purpose is to support the community and establish a better connection between police officers and the public. The charities helped by the event will include the Golden Circle of Champions, Boy Scouts of America, and the Girl Scouts of America. The event will also support the Sheriff's Posse.
There will also be many special activities held throughout the festival. The venue will host a Boy Scout Camporee and offer mini bull riding sessions. Attendees can wear certain colors on each date of the rodeo to help raise awareness for different causes. Several businesses will set up booths at the fest, and there will even be a kids’ zone located in the vendor area. Attendees are only allowed to bring clear Bags to the event, and only one bag may be carried by each person.
The rodeo will be held from Friday, September 22 to Sunday, September 24. Tickets to the event will cost $25 on Friday, $35 on Saturday, and $20 on Sunday. Parking at the venue is $10 per car. Discounted ticket prices are available for children. Organizations with multi-day festivals like this may use brochure printing to create programs for event-goers.
