The Center for Global Management will be holding its second annual International Market Night 2017 in a couple of weeks.
This event will be a platform to promote San Bernardino County’s cultural diversity and global awareness.
Along with all the multiethnic merchandise vendors, there will be an art walk competition and a talent contest. Local performers will be presenting live music and entertainment, and the event will have face painting, activities, and inflatables for the children. Food venders will be selling treats that will be reminiscent of those sold in other countries.
Although admission will be free, everyone is encouraged to get free tickets through Eventbrite. These tickets will enter the guest’s name into a cultural drawing and prizes will be handed out every 30 minutes.
It is advised that attendees bring cash as there may be only a few instances where credit/debit cards can be used. Some may want to remember to bring a camera in order to photograph all the colorful costumes and activities for future poster printing.
The fun will be next Thursday, April 20, from 11:00 am until 5:00 pm on the Library Lawn at Califonia State University San Bernardino, 5500 University Parkway, San Bernardino. Parking will be $6 and lots D and C are nearest to the event. There is still time to become a sponsor or a volunteer.
