Orange children invited to Easter Eggstravaganza

Kids and their families in Orange can celebrate this Easter season with a trip to Irvine Park Railroad to attend the annual Easter Eggstravaganza.

Although admission to the Eggstravaganza will be free, activity tickets will cost $8 each.

Carnival games, cookie decorating, an egg basket toss, moon bounce and train, and hayrides will cost one ticket each. Face painting, Easter egg hunts, mini diggers, large prizes at the paint party, and “Gone Fishing” will cost two tickets each, and the Bunny Roundup will cost one ticket for the small prize and two tickets for a large prize.

The Easter Bunny will be available for photos for $20. The fee includes an Irvine Park Railroad photograph, with additional photos available for $10 each. Families that take pictures of their little ones on special occasions like this often have local Print shops add the photos to their family newsletters.

The highlight of the festivities will be the egg hunts, which will be divided into age categories. Eggs will contain prizes and treats and children may either bring their baskets from home or buy ones at the site.

Easter Eggstravaganza will open on Saturday, March 7 and close on April 4. Opening hours will be 10:00 am to 6:00 pm on weekdays and 8:00 am to 6:00 pm on weekends at Irvine Park Railroad, 1 Irvine Park Road.
