Hire a Patriot will present a military and veteran career event in partnership with the Patriot Group, Inc. in the spring of 2015 in Los Alamitos.
The organizations is focused on supporting active duty military, wounded warriors, military spouses, veterans, and their families. The non-profit entity transitions candidates by offering opportunities for employment.
Skills assessment is conducted determining the skills acquired while serving in the military. Information and resources are made available to the participants as well as their families. Networking events are offered, as well as individual assistance.
Launched by David Dickey and Carolyn Hall in April 2013, Hire a Patriot was formed to align the Hire a Patriot Career Fairs in addition to the military and veteran transition assistance. The organization has hosted 16 career events in the past two years.
Poster printing for events such as career fairs can be handled by the qualified local Print companies. The Posters can be printed in full color topped with a gloss coating. They can then be placed throughout the community to advise the public of the upcoming fair. They can also be distributed on military bases and other related areas.
