Los Alamitos organizes concert series

The Recreation and Community Services department of Los Alamitos will hold a summer concert series over the coming months.

The Summer Concert Series is a community event that is comprised of several performances held throughout June, July, and August. The shows will take place at multiple parks, including Little Cottonwood Park and Orville R. Lewis Jr. Park. There will also be shows held on Pine Street. The series is presented by the Parks, Recreation, & Cultural Arts Commission and is open to all ages. There will also be a beverage garden at each show that benefits the Los Alamitos Community Foundation.

The concert series will include a lineup of eight bands. Many genres will be represented in the program, like country and 80's music. There will also be tribute bands for Sublime, No Doubt, and the Beach Boys. The Pine Street venue will feature talented groups such as the No Duh Band, Redneck Rodeo, and 80z All Stars. Woodie and the Longboards and Britain's Finest will perform at Little Cottonwood Park.

Los Alamitos' summer concert program will start on June 13th and end on August 8th. Each concert in the series will take place from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm. There is no cost to attend any of the performances, and people won't need to register. Community recreation departments may use banner printing services to promote their seasonal events to local audiences.
