The Rancho Los Alamitos Foundation Board of Trustees will present the Rancho Roundup and Whoop it up for Kids next weekend.
It is a fundraiser to support Rancho Los Alamitos activities, such as tours, educational programs, and school events free of charge.
The funds raised through the event also support the Children’s Native American Cultural Workshop, general public tours, and special interests of select groups and programs available to the public.
The South Bay Country will provide entertainment and lessons for attendees to learn how to line dance. A ranch-style BBQ pit will offer a feast of favorite foods, along with beverages.
Participants are encouraged to come in Western chic attire. A competition will be offered for the best dressed cowgirl and cowboy, with special prizes awarded.
A Texas Hold ‘em Poker Challenge will be part of the fun. Also on the schedule is a live auction with prizes including a New York Excursion offered by JetBlue. The prize includes four nights and five days at the Hunter’s Point area of New York City.
Banner printing is a useful way to provide signage at large events of this type. The Banners are printed on sturdy vinyl material and can withstand outdoor weather elements. They are used to direct both motor and foot traffic throughout the venue.
