Los Alamitos hospital to discuss advanced treatments

The Los Alamitos Medical Center will be organizing a series of lessons next month about treatment options for hips and knees.

Advanced Treatment for Painful Hips and Knees is a virtual presentation offered by the Los Alamitos Medical Center. A knee and hip replacement specialist will be conducting the course and will discuss the latest treatments. After the presenter is finished covering the topic, guests can ask questions about treating their knee and hip-related pain. Organizations with educational broadcasts similar to this can use flyer printing to showcase their events.

The Los Alamitos Medical Center was founded in 1968 and offers many services to the community, including 24-hour emergency care and an ambulatory surgical center. The facility has earned numerous awards, including the Achievement Award for Stroke and Achievement Award for Heart Failure. The organization is also accredited by The Joint Commission. The hospital has an online newsletter where readers can learn about topics like heart health and joint pain management.

The next open course will be held on Thursday, May 13th from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm. There is no cost to view the presentation, though guests should register for the event to secure a spot. Additional classes will be held on Tuesday, May 18th from 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm, and Thursday, May 27th from noon to 1:00 pm.
