Rancho Los Alamitos will be hosting a fun workshop in May about two activities related to folding.
Fold and Roll: Workshop on the Art of Origami and Sushi Making is an interactive experience where students can learn about Japanese culture. The event is organized by the Rancho Los Alamitos Gift Shop and is held in collaboration with Andrew Anderson and the Earl Burns Miller Japanese Garden. Those who take part in the folding class can enjoy refreshments such as sake, mimosas, and tea. All materials for the workshop are included in the program’s fees.
Rancho Los Alamitos is a landmark in Long Beach City that offers numerous educational activities for the community. Visitors can explore the venue’s gardens, meet with livestock animals, and learn more about the history of California. People can show their support for the landmark by becoming a member of the Rancho Los Alamitos Foundation. Those who are members get benefits like discounted ticket fees for events held by Rancho Los Alamitos.
The workshop will be held on May 13 from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm. General admission to the program will cost $85 per person, though those who are members of Rancho Los Alamitos can pay $65 instead. Organizations that offer cultural experiences like this may use poster printing to share their programs with local consumers.
