People interested in learning more about purchasing a home can attend a home buyer’s workshop in Los Alamitos this month held at The Pub at Fiddlers Green.
Angie’s Home Buyer’s Workshop is a course that teaches guests about the procedures behind purchasing a new home with step-by-step instructions. The class will educate attendees about the differences between owning and renting a new residence, how to create a plan to purchase homes, and the types of loans or programs available to the public. Those who come to the course will be treated to complimentary pizza and drinks.
The instructor for the workshop, Angie Santo, is an experienced realtor who works for Remax Tiffany Real Estate. Santo is also an affiliate for the organization Homes for Heroes, which helps support people in the military and other important positions like firefighters and health care professionals. Those who support charitable causes such as this can use brochure printing to make resources that help inform the community about how they can support the organization.
Angie’s Home Buyer’s Workshop will be held on August 27th from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm. Santo will also be hosting additional courses in the following months. The workshop is free for the public to join, though people may register online in advance. Students who attend that qualify for the Homes for Heroes program will be given information about receiving awards when buying their new homes.
