The Tri-City Women’s Conference is taking place next month, and will be hosted by the cities of Seal Beach, Cypress, and Los Alamitos.
The day will start off with a light breakfast and will be followed by several breakout sessions. These will be on topics like volunteerism, health and wellness, and different career paths. The keynote speaker for the day will be Kelly Vlahakis-Hanks, who is the owner of Earth Friendly Products, and will be discussing sustainable business practices. Others who will be speaking at the event include Superior Court Judge Mary Kreber Varipapa, Josephine Figueroa from the FBI, and Barbara Lands of Beach Fitness, Inc.
In addition, there will be several exhibitors who will be showcasing their products and services. This will also be a good networking opportunity for women business owners to make connections with their peers.
It is likely that many of the women planning to attend this event from the three cities such as Los Alamitos will be checking to see if they need to order more digital Business Cards.
The Tri-City Women’s Conference will be held at the Cypress Community Center on September 21 from 8:00 am to midnight. Tickets are $15 each, and people can also sponsor a student to attend for $15. Those interested must register by September 15. Call 714-229-6680 to learn more.
