The 34th Silver Cup Challenge Golf Tournament is taking place next month. It is hosted by the Los Alamitos Area Chamber of Commerce.
The tournament will consist of a shotgun start at 11:00 AM. Prior to that, there will be a putting contest and then a barbecue lunch. The registration fee per player is $165 with a discount for a foursome. Players will be competing for several prizes on the golf course including for longest drive, guess the distance and closest to the pin.
After the tournament, guests will be treated to a cocktail reception before a sit-down dinner in which prizes will be handed out. For those who don’t wish to play golf, tickets for the dinner are $35 each.
Sponsorships are also available for purchase from $100 for a tee sign up to $500 for lunch. Sponsors will also have the opportunity to place promotional items into the goody Bags that all players will receive.
Golf is often used as a business networking opportunity and it is likely that many of those playing in the tournament will be placing a business card printing order in advance from a favorite Los Alamitos printer.
