Annual fundraiser benefits research into childhood cancer

The 6th annual Party with a Purpose Bootlegger’s Ball is taking place next month in nearby Huntington Beach. It is a fundraiser for the McKenna Claire Foundation for Pediatric Brain Cancer.

The theme of the gala is the 1920s, and guests are encouraged to dress in costume.

Guests will enjoy a sit-down dinner, cocktails, and dancing to live music. The musical entertainment will be provided by Matt Mauser and the Tijuana Dogs. There will also be live and silent auctions for are range of prizes.

Sponsorships are available from $300 up to $10,000; sponsors will have their logo on all printed marketing and will be recognized in the program and on the podium at the event.

The Foundation was created in memory of seven-year-old McKenna Claire and helps to raise awareness of brain cancer in children, and to fund research.

It is likely that the type of printed marketing used by the organizers of this event will include Flyers and Invitations that will be distributed all over the area, including Los Alamitos.

The Bootlegger’s Ball will be held at the Huntington Beach Waterfront Beach Resort on June 4 beginning at 6:00 PM. Tickets are $145 each. Discounted room rates are available for ticket holders. To find out more about this event, or to become a sponsor, call 714-612-0198.
