The 21st annual Taste of Anaheim is taking place next month, presented by the Anaheim Chamber of Commerce.
The event is expected to feature around 50 local restaurants that will be providing the public with samples of their food. Applications are still being accepted for area restaurants that want to participate. Participation is free of charge, but restaurants must provide food samples, their own tent, and food warmers.
The Taste of the Arts section will be featuring local artisans selling a variety of their handmade works. Registration is open until April 22 and Chamber members will be given priority locations.
The public will be able to enjoy unlimited samples of food and drink. They will also be entertained by such musical artists as the Spazmatics, True Willie, and Zeppelin USA. There is a silent auction too.
This event is a great way for the restaurants and artists to make a name for themselves in the area. It will no doubt attract visitors from all over, including nearby La Palma.
The Taste of Anaheim will be held at the Anaheim Garden Walk on May 12 from 5:00 - 9:00 PM. Admission is $40 in advance or $45 at the gate. To learn more about this event, to register a restaurant, or to become a vendor, contact Heather Sievers at 714-758-0222.
