Uptown Village Market is organizing an Off the Road Open Air Market at the Westminster Mall. The market will be located next to the parking lot for JCPenney. These markets are held to give space to creators, makers, collectors, and musicians.

At the market, shoppers will be able to enjoy hand-crafted goods ranging from upcycled items to handmade soap. Food trucks bringing the tastes of the local area will be on hand so shoppers can purchase delicious treats while they listen to live music. The market is free, and so is the ample parking.
