Major music convention to take place near La Palma

One of the biggest events in the music industry will take place in Anaheim, a short distance from La Palma.

The 2024 NAMM Show will be held at the Anaheim Convention Center, a venue large enough to hold the expected number of attendees. NAMM stands for the National Association of Music Merchants, who are those who typically work in the global entertainment technology, sound, and music communities. NAMM is a trade show restricted to those working in the music industry, including distributors, dealers, employees’ journalists, suppliers, owners, and endorsed artists.

A vendors’ area allows them to display their products so that distributors and dealers can see the latest products and developments, and make their purchasing plans for the upcoming months.

As with most major conventions, there are presentations scheduled on various tracks, live performances, awards ceremonies, and opportunities for networking. Among the seminars on the NAMM U track are the “NAMM Marketing Summit,” “Industry Insights,” and “How to Host Successful Summer Music Camps.” Lectures on the Tech Tracks include “The Art of Mixing,” and “Amplify Your Business with Live Streaming.” A3E sessions focus on the future, and free Dante certification training will be offered.

The NAMM Show is scheduled for January 25-28. Organizers of events of this size could work with flyer printing to create handouts for attendees that list the various meetings, as well as providing a map of the vendors’ room.
