First Night offers fun for the entire family

The 24th annual First Night Fullerton: a Megastar Spectacular is taking place this New Year's Eve. It is presented by the City of Fullerton's Cultural and Family Services Division.

This event is an alcohol-free event that is set to entertain the whole family. Strolling performers will entertain the crowds; there will be food for purchase, rides for the children, and a fireworks display at midnight. A number of cover and tribute bands will also be performing during the night; those who are confirmed include tributes to U2, The Beatles, and Lynyrd Skynyrd.

Several activities and games will be hosted by local vendors, while some will be selling novelty items such as noisemakers and party hats. Many of the activities will come with a small fee.

For locals and companies that wish to make sure the festival will continue next year, sponsorships are available for purchase.

Families from all over Orange County, including nearby La Palma, will likely want to take a short trip to attend this popular annual celebration. Local printing companies may help to spread the word by distributing Flyers.
