Festival gives platform for country music stars

The Brea Bonanza Days Country Music Festival is taking place this May for three days, and is presented by the Brea Downtown Owners Association.

The festival will feature something for every member of the family. For the adults, there will be beer and wine gardens, and arts and crafts for sale. For the children, the Kids Zone will feature demonstrations from trick roper Christy Lewis, pony rides, line dancing lessons and musical entertainment from the Kelly Boyz, a balloon artist, rope making, and cattle roping.

The musical acts confirmed to appear at this year's festival include JD Crawford and the Western Continentals, Brad Johnson and The Killin' Time Band, and the Kelly Rae Band. General admission to the concerts is free, but reserved seats can be purchased for $25 each.

Downtown outdoor cafes and restaurants will be open to serve visitors, as will the local stores.

This event will likely attract visitors from all over Orange County, including nearby La Palma. Flyer printing services may be asked to provide advertising materials to help spread the word about the festival.

The Brea Bonanza Days Country Music Festival will be held in Downtown Brea from May 15 to 17. Admission is free of charge. To get the most up-to-date information about the day's activities, visit the Brea Downtown Facebook page.
