The 6th annual Southern California 8(a) and Small Business Conference will be taking place next month in nearby Garden Grove. It is hosted by the Orange County/Inland Empire Small Business Development Center.
The conference is aimed at those small business owners who wish to bid on government contracts or to learn about the procurement process. Several exhibitors will be showcasing their services to those in attendance. They are set to include government agencies, contractors, and procurement representatives.
The event will also have a number of workshops, one-on-one matchmaking, and several speakers. Breakout sessions on topics such as social media, how to get financing, and federal certifications will also be featured.
This is also a networking opportunity offering several breaks, breakfast, and a lunch banquet to those who visit. It is likely that this event will attract small business owners from all over Orange County, including those from La Palma. No doubt many of those who are planning to attend will be placing a new business card printing order beforehand.
The event will be held at the Wyndham Anaheim Garden Grove on April 26 from 8:00 am - 3:30 pm. Tickets are $75 until March 25 and $95 after. For the latest information about this event, contact Sandra Anguiano at 714-560-7446, or take a look at the event’s website.
