Irvine’s Great Park Live is hosting Queen Nation with special guest Ghost Town this June.
The Queen cover band known as Queen Nation is routinely rated in search engines as the top musical act of its kind in the U.S.
Having performed for about 2.7 million fans over two decades at over 1,700 concerts, Queen Nation is a lineup of four musicians, each of whom pays homage to the original band members, including a stand-in for Freddie Mercury, complete with an era-accurate costume.
Each 90-minute show includes the entire catalogue of Queen music, including top hits “We Are the Champions,” “Bohemian Rhapsody,” “Somebody To Love,” and “We Will Rock You.”
Having been inducted into the California Music Hall of Fame in 2021, Queen Nation is not just a musical replication of the band, but a complete live recreation, with 70s and 80s regalia adorning each member.
The concert is part of the Irvine Nights series, which includes ticket options for both general admission and VIP reserved seating. Children enter 2 are free. There’s also an option for a Kids Zone featuring inflatable attractions.
