The Berkeley Public Library is hosting Ricky Roo and Friends’ Silly Puppet show this December at the Tarea Hall Pittman South Branch in Berkeley.
Appropriate for all ages, the show utilizes interactive elements and humor to keep audiences engaged.
Sponsored by the Friends of the Berkeley Public Library, the Ricky Roo and Friends is a troupe that normally offers its services for a price for events like children’s birthday parties, often making the guest of honor a character in the show. However, this iteration of the show will be free of charge.
The company also performs at corporate events, schools and camps.
The people behind the puppets are all experts in their field who regularly work with children in the Bay Area. With a goal of making children laugh, Ricky Roo and Friends have been entertaining audiences in a variety of venue sizes over the past decade.
Incorporating educational elements, the company uses custom-made puppet stages, colorful characters and personalized stories in their shows.
Puppet shows like this may choose to use Logo Design services for puppet outfits and promotional material.
