The Haas School of Business will have an in-person leadership program this February in Berkeley.
The High-Impact Leadership conference is an event where business professionals can gain more influence by learning how to motivate others and overcome their personal weaknesses. The program will be led by former actor Mark Rittenburg, who works as an executive coach and faculty director for the school. Attendees will learn to become better leaders by using role-playing and theater techniques during the event.
The leadership program will cover numerous topics at the conference, including subjects such as improving communication skills, how to build meaningful relationships in the workplace, and the proper methods of giving constructive feedback. Other lessons at the event will cover spontaneity, understanding the power of dialogue, and important coaching skills. Organizers who host workshops and presentations like this can use brochure printing services to provide attendees with take-home information for future reference.
The High-Impact Leadership conference will be held from February 12th to February 14th. Tickets to attend the educational event will cost $5,040 per person. People who finish the program will be given a High-Impact Leadership Certificate of Completion. There will also be multiple networking opportunities for guests throughout the conference. The program will be held again in May for those who are unable to attend the event in February.
