Downtown Chandler will once again be filled with music when the Chandler Jazz Festival returns for four days this spring.
The family-friendly festival includes a range of genres, from smooth jazz to fusion jazz and more traditional fare.
People going to the festival are encouraged to bring blankets or lawn chairs to enjoy the outdoor performances at the main stage at Dr. A.J. Chandler Park. The talent performing will include local musicians and national bands. There will also be after-hours jam sessions at the West Alley BBQ each day.
Though the 2025 lineup of talent is still being determined, performers in years past have included the Sugar Thieves, Roxy Coss, Antonio Jackson, the Charles Smith Trio, the Doc Stewart Duo and many others.

The Chandler Jazz Festival is happening from April 3 to April 6. The event is largely center at Dr. A.J. Chandler Park at 3 S. Arizona Ave. However, there will be a variety of other venues hosting music during the festival. Gates to the main stage open at 4 p.m. each day, with performances starting at 5 p.m. The event is completely free and there is plentiful parking around downtown Chandler.
